TRILLÀ 6 · ANDORRA LA VELLA
ANDORRA LA VELLA - CONTEMPORARY STYLE - RESIDENTIAL PROJECT – 5,350 m² – 2023
An architecture born from a unique urban condition.
Trillà 6 emerges from an unusual decision: to dedicate the lower levels entirely to parking, with no excavation and no commercial use. This condition frees the residential building and redefines its relationship with the city, establishing its own rhythm from the base upwards. Its proximity to Avinguda Meritxell places the project at a point of transition between urban dynamism and a quieter, more natural environment.
Rigid regulations reinterpreted as an architectural opportunity.
The geometry of the building responds to a stepped volumetry strictly defined by regulations. Far from accepting this as an imposition, the project uses it as a base structure on which balconies and terraces introduce movement, depth and a softer reading of the whole.
The terraces are not added on: they build the identity of the building.
The large terraces are conceived as an essential part of the architecture. Their curved forms are clad in solid surface, executed through bespoke moulds designed in the studio, allowing precise material continuity and a sculptural expression that breaks the rigidity of the volume.
Two façades, two attitudes towards the surroundings.
The Trillà façade opens up to light and landscape, with large openings and exterior spaces that blur the boundary between inside and outside.
By contrast, the façade on Carrer Doctor Molines adopts a more urban and contained character, resolved in alveolar ceramic and solid planes that dialogue with the scale of the street.
Every home is different. None is repeated.
The dwellings are designed individually, with layouts and materials adapted to the needs of each property and to regulatory adjustments. The result is bright, personalised spaces, coherent with a contemporary way of living.
Discreet, functional and contemporary luxury.
At the crown of the building, two exclusive penthouses incorporate private leisure areas such as a spa and pool, with direct lift access from the car park, elevating the residential experience towards an idea of discreet, essential luxury.
